The toilet keeps running water into the bowl non-stop and won’t stop refilling, even after fully tightening the wall shut-off valve (rain water line). Photos attached clearly show: • Continuous water flow and blue cleaner bubbling in the bowl. • Inside the cistern: water continuously entering via the fill valve area with foam. Likely internal issue with fill valve, flapper, or overflow mechanism (common problem). Wall valve washer may also need checking/replacing if leaking. Please diagnose and repair properly. Bring standard replacement parts (fill valve kit, flapper, washers).
