Hi, The pressure in our kitchen sink has suddenly gone down. Assume it something localised to that tap as the pressure everywhere else is okay. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

Blocked outdoor drain Needs unblocking because it’s causing a small flood outside of a bedroom.

Washer needs replacing in one tap but it appears to be corroded. I would now like both taps to be replaced

1. Ensure assembly of new pump is correct and to manufacturer specifications; 2. install pump (requires pump inlet "male" with extension to attach to 20mm tank outlet line); 3. Attach tank outlet pipe to pump inlet pipe (brackets provided); 4. source and attach 25mm elbow joint to valve and "standard" garden connector; replace (?) pipe from tank outlet. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible

Kitchen sink tap needs to be replaced. My old tap has worn out and started spraying water from small holes in the stem. (See photo, I used tin foil to stop the leaky parts from spraying everywhere). WC float needs adjustment is filling into the overflow tube and trickling into the bowl. I have tried to adjust the setting of the float valve but it’s now maxed out - Due date: Flexible
