Find an experienced plumber in Kenmore Hills

I need a plumber to install a replacement caroma basin set and wall tops in my ensuite.

I have a single door fridge and washer dryer ( both brand new still in boxes , they are in my shed and i need them unpacked and moved into my granny flat, need packaging take away and need them plumbed in

Need to reinstall this toilet roll holder securely and repair any previous holes (painting not necessary).

Old Bosch dishwasher needs to be removed and replaced with a new unit. New dishwasher is already purchased and ready for installation. Old dishwasher to be taken away and disposed of.

I can see moisture on the back wall of shower. It needs to regrouted or something else to stop water leak.

Tempering valve is about 15 years old and is resulting in cold showers (and grumpy teenagers). I have a feeling that it is the tempering valve letting through too much cold water (especially at night). We have a solar water heater with an electric booster (maintaining temp around 65C). Can you please check out the TMV and replace if required - also it would be good to have isolation valves installed at the same time.

Pumping to 3 rainwater tanks not working. Need to check piping and fix.

We are doing the kitchen renovation. Need a plumber to reconnect the mixer tap, dishwasher and sink back. Locaiton is in Kenmore.

The gray water drain needs clearing (only connected to washing machine, dishwasher, sink) very easy access to drain. Has a blockage likely caused by small tree roots. Perfect little cash job for a plumber with the equipment to blast drain clear.

One is 3 toilets is blocked (the other 2 are thankfully draining normally) I have managed to get a pressure hose down the pipe about 2m down the pipe and it is not dislodging the blockage. Remove and responsibly dispose of an old 315 litre hot water cylinder. Cylinder can be collected from kerbside in Kenmore Hills. - Due date: Flexible

Simply replace wax ring on toilet which shows frst signs of leaking around base and seal to stop leak. - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 December 2022
