Find an experienced plumber in The Gap

Seeking a qualified plumber to replace 1 bathroom basin mixer, 1 kitchen basin mixer, reseal 1 shower cubicle, replace 3 combo shower heads. I’ll supply the mixers and shower heads (indicative photo of the shower head included). The tasker will need to supply the required isolation valves for the mixer installations and the sealing materials for sealing the bathroom cubicle.

Our electric water heater broke over the weekend and need to be fixed. Have checked the main electricity board and the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped, so def an issue with the thermostat or something else.

I need an old outdoor water tap to be replaced. Also the tempering valve for the hot water system may need replacing.

I currently have my hot water system in a lattice enclosure which is looking very outdated. I’m looking to have the enclosure updated.

We need help installing the washing machine. The hoses supplied with the fisher and paykal unit are too short. Need an extension for both waste line and inlet hose. Super easy job - I just don’t have time

The heating elements were replaced last year, but the thermostat appears to be the original 2012 model, and it may not be sending power?! The assessment is required. Likely just need to swap out that black thermostat unit. Photos of the system and model and status are attached

We replaced the taps and shower head in our shower a few months ago but it’s leaking no matter how hard the taps are off. Could be an easy fix, no idea!

I need a plumber to come and unclog my master bedroom shower drain. Draino isn't cutting it, and we have some drain flies appearing.

There are drainage pipes from our upstairs bathroom sink waste that run along our floor joist. We need to move and reroute these pipes and the hot water pipe as we need to reinforce and sister the current joists with another 50x150 joist of the same size, so the drain and water pipesneed to allow space for this and drop below the joist or into the wall. We will be putting ceiling battens so going below the joist shouldn't be an issue Access is pretty good, so should be mostly straightforward. Thanks

The basin mixer tap is old and leaking. Needs to be replaced .i can supply the tap ware. You just remove the old one and install the new one. Please make a reasonable offer.

this is a picture of the old toilet that I would like to have removed. I have not purchased a toilet for installation as not sure if I need to buy a particular configuration — would it be more economical if you purchased the toilet for installation or would you prefer that I have the toilet ready to be installed? If you prefer for me to purchase this toilet ahead of time would you mind advising the style that would work best? have added a photo of a possible replacement toilet that I could purchase prior to installation if you think it’s suitable.

The toilet seal appears to be broken and the toilet has started leaking. The tiles are wet, as shown in the photos. The leak needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

Water is backing up in downstairs bathroom floor drain. Assuming there is some blockage between the bathroom and the mains that needs to be jetted out or augured

Getting a electric hot water system installed and need an electrician to be there same day as plumber. For some reason the isolation switch for the existing hot water is a gpo so need that changed to an isolation switch and need a gpo put in as well. Photo of the gpo needs to be an isolation switch ive been told. I have no idea about price so im not sure what to put down.
