Hi Andrew. The kitchen sink in my son's unit has a hole in it. We suspect it has happened during the bathroom renovations. Now it leaks and we need to replace the sink and it has a granite benchtop... It's glued under the benchtop. It's probably 15yrs old. One plumber that came out put silicone over the hole top and bottom but we are wanting to get a tenant in to room share and so this is not sustainable. Is it possible to just replace the sink?

To replace kitchen mixer and look into dripping shower wall tap

Need to move the tap to the location shown on the photo need a drain pipe for the laundry and seal off the initial laundry hot and cold water tap. We will do the plaster and remove the laundry tub ourselves.

The condensed water from the aircon is being sent out a pipe which hanging over the 1st floor Balcony. Need assistance for someone to install a new pipe will be atleast 10 Metres long to the other side and attach it to the existing downpipe. All photos attached.

Water tap in Kitchen has low pressure but other tap are fine. I guess it needs cleaning or may be replacement

Fix leaky water diverter. The tap to diverter connection seems fine but the diverter is itself is loose and source of leak.

There is a pipe leak at my property close to the water meter. The leak needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

When we use the hot water system in our Jayco Eagle caravan we get a drip below the hot water system. I’m not sure if it’s a connection pipe or some sort of leak in the system itself. I need someone who can diagnose and fix.
