Previously I could stop the leak by turning the tap off tightly, but now it continues to drip/leak even when the tap is fully turned off. Likely needs inspection and repair/replacement of the washer, spindle, valve seat, cartridge or whatever part is causing the leak. Water leak from tap joint located outside the house

The kitchen sink hasn’t been draining water when trying to wash dishes or use the sink. There appears to be something blocking the passage way. I had tried to clean out the connection pipes, however, even after doing so, there still seems to be a blockage somewhere.

Water tap in Kitchen has low pressure but other tap are fine. I guess it needs cleaning or may be replacement
