I need a pipe cut / blocked off. It is currently leaking. I do not need anything connected currently, just for the leak to be stopped. Access is straightforward (not buried).

I need two bathrooms waterproofing checked and rectified if necessary. I also need you to provide a certificate of compliance.

Remove existing Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer dishwasher and install new standard-size dishwasher. Plumbing and power already in place. Lower cabinet drawer beneath existing dishwasher will need to be removed. Looking for someone experienced with dishwasher installations. New dishwasher is on site and ready to install.

Two toilets at our house are backing-up. We’re connected to a septic tank but I don’t think that’s the problem. The house was built in 1969 and uses clay drainage pipes and I suspect roots are blocking one or more of these pipes.

The sink was originally installed undermounted but has detached and requires proper reinstallation to ensure it’s secure and functional. Repair to a Cracked a pvc stormwater pipe

Replace tap outside the house. The current tap has been fitted poorly and faces the wrong way and leaks. Will reimburse with receipts for supply of appropriate equipment.

I have a problem with a rain water tank pump controller. Isolate the problem and rectify if possible - Due date: Flexible

Move the shower mixer ti the left about 300mm and shower head & handheld shower on the adjacent wall, about 800-1000mm away, see photos. Similarly move vanity water pipes & drain to the left. The waste for the vanity will need to be moved into the wall as it's protruding outside about 20 mm this will involve some concrete cutting, see photos - Due date: Flexible
