Two plumbing jobs. Job 1: Install a wall-mounted washbasin on the upstairs deck (see photo). Needs water supply + drain connection. Deck is opposite the upstairs bathroom. Job 2: The ground-floor basin drain hose currently empties into the bathtub (see photo). Reroute it to the proper waste outlet. Quote for supply + install both. I'll supply the basin and tap myself, but if you'd rather bring your own, that's fine — just include it in your price.

Leaking tap in bathroom.

Laundry is next to the kitchen and need to relocate this to the garage, the move of the water taps is from one wall to the opposite side (approx 1m) and need to reroute the drain to work with the washer in garage.

We have a leak coming from the cistern unit. We had a plumber come in and advise that the cistern to pan seal needs to be replaced. They were unable to do the job until next week which is why I am advertising it here. We will need the parts to be supplied.

Hi, we have a Skirted Toilet seat and need a bidet spray installed on this seat. Please share price for labour. I'm looking for a builder to assess the possibility of a bathroom renovation. It is currently leaking down under the house. The house is on stilts and it seems the movement of the ground may have caused the bathroom floor tiles to swell, along with the water leakages from the shower that have added to the issues. Looking for a builders assessment to see what needs to be done to go ahead with a bathroom renovation eventually.
