someone to install 200 litre heat pump hot water in place of 400 litre electric hot water

We have several interior and exterior plumbing jobs and need assistance. I’ve attached photos so you can see what we’re looking for. The interior jobs are: - In a small, older downstairs bathroom, the sink taps have seized and won’t turn. - The toilet pipe that runs into the wall is leaking, causing the wall beneath to become slightly mouldy and producing a damp smell. The exterior jobs are: - The is a pipe which I believe is the pool overflow which went into a hole in the decking below (now removed) without being routed properly to a drain. Ideally we'd like that properly redirected to stop water building up on the floor in this area. - An air‑conditioning unit was installed on the other side in the same area, but because of the same decking (now removed), the installer routed the pipe beneath the deck without a proper termination. It needs to be redirected to a drain too. - The drain beneath the decking has rotted at the top, is filled with dirt and mud, and drains poorly, leading to excess moisture buildup. Let us know if you need more information or would like to schedule a site visit.

One measures approx. 35mm and the other is a 45mm fitting onto the pump itself. Ideally I need this completed by the 8th of January. - Due date: Flexible

Our Hot water system was failing time to time in providing hot water to upstairs. Issue appeared to be not with the hot water heating unit as we get the hot water to ground floor without an issue. But it failed to provide hot water to upstairs at random dates/times and frequency of failure has increased recently. Need someone to carefully inspect the system and resolve and provide some workmanship warranty to resolve any issues in future if that repeats again. - Due date: Flexible
