Need someone to have a look at a toilet that keeps running after flushing. The cistern fills up fine but water keeps flowing into the bowl constantly. Flush also seems a bit weak sometimes. Probably something like the flush valve, seal or inlet valve but happy for someone experienced to inspect properly and fix it. Looking for someone reliable who’s done plenty of toilet repairs before.

I need to uninstall a oven with wire, not power tap, then would like to install the dishwasher, that also need a water tap. if you can do any of these two job, please let me know.

I wanted to install a hand shower in my toilet. The purpose is to have water supply when cleaning the toilet pan. The way it needs to be done to replace the water tap that supply the flash tank with a tap that has two output. One goes to the water tank other connects the hand shower pipe. I have added an example of how it will look like. I live in a townhouse at Slacks Creek, it needs to be done for 2 toilets.

The toilet cistern in not holding water and is constantly leaking into the bowl, making it unable to flush. As much as I can tell with very little knowledge of how a toilet works, my guess is it is the inlet valve, but I am unable to follow the Bunnings Instructions shown as I cannot remove the inlet valve. I have included a few pictures that might help you get a better idea but I am really at a loss. I have also contacted the my real estate in hopes that they are able to do something about it ASAP

Hot water flow low pressure. Cold water flows great. Tried to put video up want let me. Green light on when nothing happening, green light will flash when tap turned on.

The shower tap is leaking, even after replacing the jumper valve. There is not enough metal left in the tap spindle socket to reseat and this will need replacing on the pipe. The waterproof shower wall panel on the wall will need to be removed to access the pipe.

Sewage pipe is blocked. It’s been blocked many times before so it needs to be jetted out so the tenants can use the toilet. Also the pipe needs to be dug up and replaced
