Three roller blinds to be put up. Face fit. One is a day/night blind. Other two are simple block roller blinds. Also need a leaking showerhead replaced. Already bought replacement

Out hot water does not turn on in the morning - midday. It’ll come back on around 3/4pm. Need someone to fix it…might be a timing issue?

I’ve got a bathroom tap that keeps coming loose and leaking. The issue seems to be that the retaining nut/screw sits behind the wall tile, so when the tap gets used regularly (especially by the kids), it works its way loose again. I’ve already tried tightening it and replacing the O-rings, but the problem keeps coming back. The fitting appears to sit too far back behind the tile, making it difficult to secure properly. Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to inspect it and provide a permanent fix. It may need a spacer, extension, replacement fitting, or another solution. Located in Beenleigh. One toilet continues to flush water after flushing the toilet & other toilet flush button only works when you are holding it down And shower drain cover is not the right size is too small.

Remove existing and install customer supplied shower head and quote to replace a second showerhead if it’s possible.

1-2 days work. 16mm and 20mm pex pipe and shark bite fittings. Plus 3 drains in same area, to existing drainage in same area.. install Toilet, bath, and shower. Pre plumbing has been done, new bathroom reno. Plus some more work in near future, to be discussed. All parts supplied. Maybe give us your day rate or negotiable. Much more work in future, as we are renovating houses full time, and our chippy and builder has a lot of plumbing work as well..

Can't figure out where coolant is leaking, looked like top right hand side of water pump so I put a new one in but must be just behind that because it's still leaking exactly the same amount. 04 rodeo 4jh1. Will pay more if the job is bigger
