Shower seems to have a leak from the hot tap and the showerhead. Kitchen just from the sprout.

Task is for initial plumbing work but the opportunity to install the new sink and tap mixer can be negotiated separately. Single Sink and tap mixer have been purchased from IKEA (see pictures).
