Replace kitchen mixer tap. The current one is rusted at the fittings and cold water supply hose. I can supply the new kitchen mixer tap. Already bought 1 from a shop locally. Also install the valves (in the picture) to the grey water supply pipes to the new kitchen mixer tap.

I am looking for a licensed plumber to complete two bathroom maintenance tasks: ​1. Basin Tap Installation ​Remove the existing 3-piece basin tap set (spout and two cross-handles). ​Install a new Mondella Resonance Pin Lever Basin Set (3-piece). ​The new unit is already on-site (as seen in the photo). ​Please ensure all connections are leak-tested and the spout is properly centered. ​2. Shower Maintenance (Dripping Tap) ​The shower is currently dripping when turned off. ​Requirement: Reseat the tap valves and replace the washers/O-rings for both the hot and cold taps to stop the leak. ​Note: If the ceramic discs or spindles need full replacement, please let me know in your quote or if you carry standard spares. ​Parts: I have the new basin tap set. Hot water is not working. When I turn on the hot water tap, the hot water switch trips off.

Channel drain in the driveway needs to be cleaned of dry leaves and dust stuck.

Removal of old bathroom tap and installation of new bathroom tap purchased. See images of both the current installed tap and the new tap. We have removed our water tank and need the final piping put in place to allow proper water drainage. See image - blue pipework from water tank still in place and needs to be cut down and let to drain - drainage point close by. Please let me know if you need more details. A quote would be fantastic. Remove and dispose of the tank and all related waste materials in accordance with local regulations. Mains Water Conversion Install new mains water plumbing to reconnect the existing rainwater supply lines to the property’s mains water system. Modify pipework as required to ensure seamless supply and automatic switching functionality is removed or bypassed correctly. All work to comply with current plumbing codes and manufacturer guidelines for water supply systems. Stormwater Redirection Re-route the existing rainwater tank inlet pipework to discharge into the existing stormwater system. Install a new 90mm PVC downpipe, connecting the tank inlet to the nearest appropriate stormwater connection point. All pipework to be installed with correct falls and securely fixed to ensure long-term performance.
