Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to replace the flexi hoses for the upstairs vanities at my place in Eight Mile Plains. There are four vanity/basin areas: - 2 ensuites - 1 main bathroom - 1 WC / powder room This is just preventative maintenance, not an emergency. I’d like someone to supply and install good-quality compliant flexi hoses, and have a quick check of the isolation valves while they’re there. Please include supply and install in your offer.

My hot water system’s tempering valve needs replacement. I will provide the valve. You will need to bring your own tools, tapes, test kits to replace the old valve with the new one and test it. Pls provide additional cost if you were to supply the valve as well.

Plumber to install this coffee machine (ECM Synchronika 2) with the filter (CP-4 Paragon) in, and waste line out, both through a new hole in the stone bench. Need an off tap under the sink. Ideally we could also discuss overflow prevention drains for both sides of the sink. There will probably be a need for some sort of adapter between the filter and coffee machine, per the text screenshot included under Photos.
