Hi, my Rinnai gas hot water system has been turned off for a while and I’m trying to get it running again. Gas supply is working and I can see the igniter sparking, but the pilot light won’t ignite. Looking for someone to come have a look and get it working.

Hot water system got something wrong, sometimes it's not hot enough. Can someone come and inspect? Ideally i would like to get the whole hot water system replaced, as it has been quite old already. Give me pricing if possible for labour and replacement. Mine one is electric Heater inside the house.

The hot water on second floor bathroom is not hot enough and the water flow through the show head is not quite enough too. Hot water in the kitchen (on first floor) is a bit overheated. Have not seen any leaking sign yet, it is a small water tank in a townhouse backyard.
