The kitchen sink is now about 2 cm lower from original position. Plumbing is holding it secure in cupboard. This has happened to other sinks in the apartment complex. It needs to be repositioned & clamped in place until secure

Please help us by removing the silicon and regrout the small gap. (Already have the pre mix grout available) 2. Please help us to remove old mouldy silicon around kitchen sink and reseal the area. I need to replace two waste and basket in existing old sink, I have purchased the new waste and basket and we may need to cut the existing sink to fit, but if we do, it wont be much.
