The electrical work has already been completed and 16 downlights have been removed, leaving holes in the ceilings. There are also several other small holes/marks and one larger damaged/cracked section that will need proper repair. Job includes: Patch and plaster 16 former downlight holes Repair the additional ceiling holes and damaged areas shown in the photos Repair the larger cracked/damaged section Sand and prepare all repairs so they are smooth and not visible Prime/seal repaired areas as required Paint the full ceilings in all 4 rooms, not just touch up the patches Supply all plastering materials and equipment Please include in your offer whether ceiling paint is included or whether you would prefer me to supply it.
