Replace kitchen sink and new mixer tap.New S trap etc. The new sink is 10 centimetres deeper and a tap and fitting will need to be moved to fit the new sonk. In the pics I have useds a measuring tape so you can see roughly where the new sink will go. Thanks so much.
Dale did an incredible job putting in my sink, there was some extra unexpected things that he needed to do to fit it perfectly which he did without a problem. Great attitude and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend him.

Needing a qualified handyman for a quote to carry out some rental property maintenance. LIGHT BULBS REPLACED IN HIGH CEILINGS, SHOWER SEAL REPLACED,FAN BLADES PUT BACK ON CEILING FAN, TOWEL RACK FIXED, WOOD ON STAIRS NEED TO BE FIXED. You will need a ladder for very high ceilings. Tenant has thrown out shower seal and not sure what bulbs are needed as high ceilings. So I'm needing someone to attend the property first and let me know what's needed, give me a quote for the work.
