I have ladders and a drywall sander. The room is air conditioned if it is a warm day. Job shouldn’t take more than 3 hours

A repair attempt was made using patching compound and paint, but the area is still very noticeable and needs to be properly finished so it blends in with the rest of the wall. Seeking a qualified plasterer/ handyman to do some ceilling repair works at my home. Three ceilling cornices (3m, 4m, 6m) need to be replaced. In few places ceilling board nails have popped.
