We have an apartment in Caloundra that has some damage to the roof which allowed ceilings to get water damaged. Roof repairs completed, so need gyprock ceiling damage repaired and made good. You could paint or we could organise separately. Not sure whether it's easier to patch holes, or to replace the whole ceiling? Areas in question include bathroom (approx 10sqm) and small bedroom (approx 12sqm). Holes approx 2sqm ea. Not sure about budgets - happy to discuss and be fair based on rectification work.
