Looking for someone to repair a few small areas of damage to a wall and ceiling before moving out of a rental property. Damage includes: Small patches on ceiling where adhesive has pulled away paint/surface material A few small chips/marks on the corner/edge of a wall Minor filling, sanding and touch-up painting as required Photos attached showing the damage. Looking for a neat repair that blends into the existing white paintwork. Ideally you can supply the required filler/repair materials and advise regarding paint matching.

Remove and make back to good a temp dividing wall in the garage. We have kept the two cornice pieces from the job. Also plaster a cracked part of the entry ceiling which is approx 1050 x 1450mm.

Hi all. I’ve noticed the other day water bubbling the roof in one of the rooms of my Queenslander style house - it has just happened again due to the rain and I am unsure who to even call, although it’s not dripping so not urgent. I’ve cleaned the gutters above it less than a fortnight ago and had the tree that was dropping leaves into it cut down - this was before I noticed this situation. If you’re able to help or point me in the direction of who to even ask that would be great. I have no idea of the cost so I will just put the offer as $10 for now. Thanks for the help!

We have a section of ceiling, above the shower head in the bathroom that has mould and some of it has flaked away. We are fine to remove the plaster and we are looking for someone to replaster the section, seal, waterproof and prep for painting. Pictures incuded providing more context

Plaster and refix false ceiling back onto cornice, weather has made it drop,looks like previous owners had a false ceiling attached to the cornice and now it is coming away. I have lived here 6 years and never been a problem until now, i think originally there was some type of roof leak which i am now thinking is why this bedroom has a false ceiling in it? I know it is just before xmas and everyone is flat out, but if someone can just look at it before xmas so i know it isn’t going to fall down on my sister while she is sleeping in bed. It looks like one half of the bedroom ceiling is around the edge with two spots actually dropped and left it away. i have not put in a cost in the value, as i have no idea, best and cheapest way to fix it.
