Need a ceiling fixer/plasterer to remove and replace water-damaged plasterboard in a dining room corner. The damage came from a burst mains pipe in the roof space. The leak has been repaired — no ongoing water. The sheet is sagging and has torn open, and a section of cornice is affected. Photos attached. Scope: • Cut out and replace the damaged sheet(s) back to the battens — looking at roughly 1–2 sheets • Replace the damaged cornice section • Check and remove any wet insulation above the affected area • prep and paint. • Remove all rubbish Please include in your offer: • Your ABN and whether you carry public liability insurance • How you intend to do the repair • Whether painting is included or quoted separately

The span of the feature brick wall is 2.5m from the right of the door and 43cm to the left of the door. The cornice is called Gyprock CSR 75mm Symphony. I can order this if required.
