We have some small items to be repaired in my property before the condition report is prepared pre-tenancy, ideally on Wed or Thu this week. Laundry window is unable to be opened… This may involve carefully scraping off the paint that is sealing the window shut without damaging the window frame and applying lubricant to the moving parts if they are stiff or rusted. 5. Patching the wall cracks under the window in the laundry room 6. Fixing the lock on the security door at the main entrance/door (The key turns but the door won't actually lock) Thanks.
