Find an experienced handyman in Falcon

We're seeking an experienced blinds installer to attend a residential property, measure the windows and provide a competitive quote for the supply and installation of new white blinds. Scope of work: Attend the property to measure windows in the relevant rooms. Recommend suitable white blinds (preferably durable, easy-clean options suitable for a short-stay rental). Provide an itemised quote covering materials, installation and any additional costs. Confirm product options and expected installation timeframe. The existing kitchen roller blind is to remain in place. Please note that the Airtasker budget is for the initial measuring and quotation only, not the full supply and installation. The installation will be arranged separately following owner approval. Please include your experience, availability and examples of similar work. Thank you!

I’m looking to get an old external timber door repaired. The door was like this when we purchased the house. It has an old locking mechanism with two metal bolts, and the corresponding section in the door frame appears to be missing or damaged. Currently, the door doesn’t latch or stay securely closed. I’m hoping to have the locking/latching mechanism repaired or replaced, along with any necessary repairs to the timber door frame. Ideally, I’d like the door to close properly, latch securely and be easily opened and closed using a normal handle. I’ve attached some photos of the existing hardware.
