Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair approximately 6 wall areas where split system air conditioners have been removed. The work includes: * Repairing the large pipe penetrations. * Filling all screw and fixing holes. * Repairing any cracks around the damaged areas. * Applying tape where required. * Sanding smooth and leaving the walls ready for painting. There are approximately 5 similar areas throughout the house. Please see the attached photo for an example of one of the repairs. Requirements: * Experienced plasterer with own tools. * High-quality finish ready for primer and paint. * Supply all plastering materials. * Remove and dispose of any waste.

We have some water damage in our Yangebup warehouse from a leaking waterpipe that has now been repaired. We require the following repair. 1)Damaged plasterboard ( I believe its plasterboard - possibly vila board - Unsure exactly) that needs to be cut out and replaced....and patch 4 holes as per photos. Total length to be cut out and replaced is approx 5m x about 40cm high - along the floor line. 2) kickpanel to kitchen cupboard needs to be replaced (currently has been removed for it to dry out) and end kitchen cupboard panel to be replaced. 3) retiling of floor skirting as tiles will come off when you remove the plasterboard at floor level to replace it (about 2.5m of this). 4)Painting of the 2 walls where plasterboard has been replaced. 5)removal of all waste Location is Yangebup

Hi, I have two new doors that have been hung. Needing one planed down, locks installed on the door that won’t be opened and hard wear installed to both doors. Pics attached. Ignore the locks up the top, that have just been so they have been able to be closed. I will buy a door handle today as I think it will need more than the dead bolt or it won’t be able to be closed without being locked.
