Painting 3 bedrooms, office, theatre, 16 doors and frames, skirting boards all around the house, outdoor painting of the walls (front of the house) outdoor back of the house wall painting.

I am looking for an experienced painter to prep and paint 3 upstairs bedrooms. Scope of Work: • Rooms: 3 bedrooms total (located upstairs). • Surfaces: Walls and skirting boards only. (Ceilings and doors do not need painting). • Wall Preparation: Walls have some minor hairline cracks and small holes that need standard plaster patching/filling and sanding flat before painting begins. • Coatings: 2 topcoats on the walls and a fresh coat on the skirting boards. Equipment: You must supply all your own patching filler, sanders, drop sheets, tape, rollers, and ladders. Paint: I will supply the paint. You only need to quote for labor. Looking forward to hearing from you. :)

Fix cracks and paint my 3 bedroom unit

Hi, We have two rooms at our property that have sustained some weather damage from the recent winter storms and we need a handyman that can do some carpentry work to fix the issues before we have new residents moving in. Also some light painting in two rooms. Room 1: The bathroom area and part of the ceiling will need to be patched and repainted (see attached photos). The paint colours are Dulux Whisper White on the walls and Dulux White Ceiling Paint. We have some leftover paint available on site. Room 2: The plasterboard on the ceiling has come loose and may need to be replaced, as it makes a snapping sound when pinned. The roof will also need to be plastered, sanded and painted. The work can start on Monday next week and must be completed by Wednesday. Please confirm your availability and provide a quote. Thanks, Mel

The below walls require replastering.
