2 days Prep and painting of 4 rooms

Upstairs exterior paint job on timber boards. Will need some kind of sanding/ preparation as well as painting. Possibly will need partial scaffolding. I am happy to talk price and access possibilities. I asked the people who built this extension 30 years ago how they painted, and they said ladders on the garage roof! It may be as simple as that. But it may be more complicated. I think it’s best if you can make some time to come to see the job in Fremantle if you are interested.

We removed an old air conditioner. See the photo. We need that wall cleaned, filled in, sanded and painted etc . I’ve got the paint.

Must be experienced painter with own equipment and insurance I have an extension ladder if required Paint supplied by me

Painting second bedroom and tiny laundry

I have a large 8 seater table and 8 chairs which have been pressure washed for oiling. Also one down pipe to paint. All materials and equipment provided

Need a quote for paint stripping for metal door frames (8 in total) removal of two doors (just take off hinges) and small balustrade on stairs. Need to remove with natural paint stripper(I have already) and not a heat gun as I have a latex allergy however painting has only been done recently so paint comes off very easily. Also need skirting boards removed in three rooms ideally asap but reasonably flexible

Clean walls with Sugar soap prep the walls for painting. 4 rooms living room. Professional cleaner online. 350 for the day. I will provide equipment

Damage to door frames and walls to be repaired and painted in 2 bedrooms. Not sure if they can just be patched or full walls will need to be painted. There are about 10 patches in each bedroom. Plus the 2 door frames. Photos are examples. Paint etc will need to be purchased.
