Skirting install in small 3x1 house. The skirting had been installed in some areas and requires re attaching or tidying corners etc. in other areas no skirting installed. Skirting supplied. House is currently mostly empty of furniture therefore easy to move around. Skirting supplied. Flexible on dates however hopeful to be completed by Monday 23 October evening. Seeking support in painting 3x1 property in South Lake from 11am on Monday 9 October & Tuesday 10 October. The property will be empty 9/10 & I can provide assistance on this day. On 10/10 furniture & belongings will be moved into the property in the morning. The house is painted white & in need of a refresh in white, likely one coat in most areas. The two minor rooms however are a cream colour, with one having a blue feature wall. These are to be painted white, as with the rest of the house. There will be some prep work, from old picture hooks, tv bracket etc however this is minimal. The skirting board requires attention, loose in some areas and missing in other areas. I am not necessarily seeking a professional painter, wanting to tidy the house within a limited amount of time to move in. Having painting experience and ability to fix skirting boards is required. I am currently unclear if all ceilings & doors require painting however this will be assessed on the Monday morning. Price is a set price for the job to be completed. I will supply paint. Hi there, I am looking to have my ceiling painted in my lounge room and entry. The paint has chipped and flaked in several areas so it's going to need stripping and patching in parts of it first. I've started work on three spots but I'm finding it hard to make time to keep it going. I will supply crack filler (Gyprock joint compound), paint and if needed, other necessary supplies). Total area is approx 22 sqm. Would like a quote. Other painting jobs will follow over the next few months, depending on how this one goes. We began skirting the house but it became too big a job for us. We would like someone to finish off (fill in etc) the rooms we have started and complete the job for us. We will need to buy some further skirting boards to complete the job.
