Need kitchen walls plastered as per the photos attached. Current they are exposed brick, some bricks have been cut/modified so there will be some prep work required to get the surfaces ready. Where the wall meets existing painted walls it will need to be tied in neatly (I will be repainting the walls after the kitchen in done. The section around the windows needs to tie in as neatly as possible to the windows frame. The vertical cabinet space needs to be completely pastered with the corners finished neatly. All materials will need to be provided. In addition, I am not changing the flooring in the renovation, so care needs to be taken to keep it from being damaged (some cardboard is currently down). I was unsure of an appropriate budget for the work, so there is flexibility there.
