I am looking for a certified painter to repaint all internal walls and ceilings of my house that has an internal area of 118sqms. The property is currently vacant. A floor plan is attached for reference. Scope of work should include: Inside: - Preparation of all surfaces prior to painting, e.g. patching , sanding , gaping etc. - Painting of all walls with two coats of Dulux Professional matt / low sheen (colour: off-white). - Painting of all ceilings Dulux flat ceilings (colour: white). - Painting of all doors, door frames one coat of primer undercoat and one top coat of Dulux gloss enamel. - Drop sheets are not required for the floors as existing flooring (including carpets) will be replaced after the paint job. This should have some time savings to keep the cost down. Outside: - Painting of eaves and carport ceiling two top coats of Dulux flat ceilings white. - Two damages, one in the eaves and one in carport ceiling (see photos), are to be repair prior to paint. - Painting of gutters / facia / down pipes two coats of Dulux weathershield semi gloss. (colour: like for like) Photos are to be provided upon completion of the job.
Afshin did a very good job painting our house inside and outside. He was responsive in communication and always responded to my request very well.
