Changed the lights in our house, now 3 areas need holes patched and painted. 5 screw holes and 2 larger holes, biggest hole is ~30mm x 40mm. House is double storey, all holes are on the bottom floor, ceiling access only possible for 1 of the 3 areas. Ceiling colour is WA White.

I’m needing assistance with repairing some cracks in my bedroom ceiling (for upcoming bond inspection) that have resulted from a pressure-mounted dance pole that was previously in place. The cracks seem quite superficial but I need to provide confirmation to the property manager that there has been no damage to the structural integrity of the ceiling. Looking for someone who can check that the joist is stable and then repair the cracks in plaster. Bonus if you are able to paint over the plaster as well given the property manager is able to clarify the specific colour required. The wall previously had photos attached with Blu Tack. The photos and most of the Blu Tack have now been removed, but there is still some Blu Tack residue left on the wall and some areas where the white paint has peeled off. All pictures on the wall will be removed before you come and fix it. I’m looking for someone to remove any remaining Blu Tack/residue, patch/touch up the peeled areas if needed, and repaint the affected white wall so it looks clean again.

Reinstate brickwork. Refix damaged skirting. Base coat plaster to brickwork. Top coat plaster base coat. Sand top coat. Paint.

We have some urgent solid wall plaster work for some archways and internal walls as part of a renovation. It is urgent as we have flooring being laid on Wednesday and our plasterer is unwell so unable to do the work which needs to be completed ASAP.
