Hey Painters, We are Sydney based company in Perth for a work bring a set for an event in. Need someone available to help paint the asset for 3 or 4 days. It’s basic flats / cut files / touch ups etc. looking at $55 - $60 p/h and someone fast.

Rate is per day $350 We supply the paint Interior painting needs finishing that’s incomplete . Day rate to start job ! There are walls to finish , a kitchen , hallway surrounding walks some high walls and doors and door frames . There are also bathroom tiles to paint . Must be reliable and clean and tidy !

Previous painter left the front door unsealed and now the timber door is exposed to potential weather/uv damage. Prefer to sand and change to a lighter colour door instead of just applying a top coat.

3 rooms approximately 50square meters Needs sanding and polishing ASAP

7m x 3m wall. We need the wall patched after we remove the photos and nails. We will paint

Steel frame on an outdoor table has rust & paint peeling on the feet. Needs repairs to sand old paint, treat for rust & repaint.

Paint an Exterior Font House 3 Stories

3+m heigh ceilings, recently gyprocked need to be prepped and painted. Architraves and Doors to be stripped and painted too, please. 3 rooms + a hallway to be painted all white/off white TBC. rooms have ornate ceilings, so spray is necessary. (all rooms are approx 4x3m)+ (the hallway is approx 7m long) Floors just got restored + sealed (not pictured) so needs to be meticulously neat and cover all floors. - Due date: Before Monday, 18 December 2023

We have a 60sqm office that we need to get painted before the 27th -fully completed by 26th November. It’s currently empty and we can let you in almost any day…so any day between now and next Sunday would be great (except tomorrow-Mon 20th). (Time has not been our friend! And the job ended up being bigger than planned- previously had BLUE walls that have been a **** to cover!) We have already patched, prepared, and primed (if required) - most walls. There may be some minor spots that need addressing. And we are still working to try and get everything sanded, cleaned and primed so all you need to do is paint… We have bought the paint (although may need more)… and have many, if not all tools that you will need. We have one door frame and door that needs painting- but have not fully prepared the frame and door for painting. Will provide the paint for both door and frame. There are 3 offices - * a 3 x 3.5m * a 4 x 3.5m * a 2 x 3m Small kitchen and hallway/reception and waiting area. Is this something that you are able to do? If so how many days would this take? When would you be able to start? And what would be your rough estimate of cost? Oh and do you have an ABN? No stress if you don’t… but handy if you do. - Due date: Before Saturday, 25 November 2023
