Hi, I’m looking for an experienced painter to repaint the interior walls of my café located at Gateway Building, 59 Albany Highway, Victoria Park WA. Scope of Work • Repaint interior café walls • Prepare surfaces (cleaning walls and filling small holes if required) • Apply primer if needed • Apply 2 coats of paint for a smooth professional finish • Protect floors, furniture and surrounding areas during painting • Clean the area after completion Details • Small café space • Walls are in good condition but need a fresh modern look • Some walls may later include mirror / neon sign / decorative wall • Paint colour will be confirmed before starting Requirements • Must bring own tools and equipment • Experience in commercial / café / shop painting preferred • Must complete work neatly and professionally Important Building Requirement The café is located in a Knight Frank managed building, so contractors must: • Complete Knight Frank online contractor induction • Sign in using the contractor QR code on site • Provide Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million) • Provide Workers Compensation insurance • Provide Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) if required These requirements are mandatory for contractors working in the building. Paint a one bedroom apartment white walls and ceilings.

Painting of walls in toilet and patching areas / locally painting areas where paint has chipped around house. Paint needs to be a specific colour and I can provide (if easier). Bathroom may require additional patching.
