Find an experienced handyman in Como WA

Honda CBR650 been sitting not ridden 6 months. some rust on chains and brake pads. I need someone to inspect and replace/lube to get it safely going again ASAP please.

Hello. I don’t have many relevant images at the moment, but this is a picture of the front of the location. There are a series of posts in the ground to the left and right of the main entrance, and a wooden gazebo structure in front of the entrance, which all need some TLC. There are also several raised garden beds, tree surrounds and other wooden elements that will need treatment. We have previously used a 2-coat raw linseed oil/turpentine mix (50/50) application standard and would like to continue with this. Please also quote for outside of operational hours work, as doing most of this would be problematic with children, staff, and parents on site. We are open from 6:30AM to 6:PM Monday – Friday. I would be looking to examine and approve any quote fairly quickly, as I would like to progress this work here and at our other sites before the heat of the year kicks in. I have a location in North Perth, North Fremantle, Attadale and Nedlands that also have various amounts of wooden structures that need attention too, should the quote be acceptable.

Please do not respond if you are not skilled to do the maintenance following work. 1. Fix large umbrella - one of the arms needs repairing. 2. Put up outdoor lights. 3. Fix a door lock - it’s out of alignment.

My aircon is showing up with an error 6 red flashes. For 6 flashes (red), it usually means: • Indoor heat exchanger thermistor error (the sensor that detects the indoor coil’s temperature is faulty, loose, or reading incorrectly). • Sometimes it can also indicate communication error between indoor and outdoor units depending on the exact Fujitsu model. I have reset the system, but I think it may need a clean? Unsure. Please help. 🙂

Rust at base of carport beams need fixing or replacing

I need to replace the flyscreen for the main door and some of the windows. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 23 October 2023

Maintance required on building: -install retractable hose to wall -install skirting boards x2 (straight wall) -supplied -remove rusty pipe from wall -repair damage to cabinet on veranda (need a draw fixed and exposed wood chip repaired to one side) -old paint work on brick -fill in 2 holes in the wall/patch with paint - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 December 2022
