Looking for an electrician on a day rate for two days work Day 1 would be relocating some services, i.e. lights, gpo's etc Day 2 will be getting in a roof space to clean out some redundant electrical wires etc It would make sense if you're younger, smaller given the 16 degree roof pitch Would preferably be Tuesday and Wednesday this week

Replacement/upgrade of one existing heat lamp unit to a tri-switch heat lamp (owner supplied – model to be confirmed)
Installation of one new heat lamp unit in the boys' room (owner supplied – model to be confirmed) Install GPO behind tv. The double brick wall directly behind the tv has a GPO in the same spot I would to use as GPO feed.   Additional Notes
Although the house is two-storey, both the alfresco area (colorbond roof) and downstairs bathroom have easy roof. access with no obstructions (refer to attached photos). Looking for a licensed electrician to install 1–2 outdoor lights at a café. The outdoor area is currently quite dark, and I’d like to improve lighting for customers and visibility. I need advice on suitable lighting options (warm, cozy café style preferred) and installation.

I need to get an E Number so I can get the power reconnected at my property today in South Perth 6151.

Licensed electrician – replace 2 outdoor lights, fix rangehood light switch & smoke alarm inspection & compliance certification. Replace two outdoor bunker lights. Remove two old exterior bunker lights. Install two new LED bunker lights (already purchased – see photos). Exterior wall/ceiling mounted. Investigate and repair rangehood light switch. The lights on the stovetop exhaust/rangehood work, but the buttons/switches don’t always respond. Inspect hard-wired smoke alarm. Confirm the smoke alarm installation is compliant for selling a house in WA. Provide compliance certificate.

LG split system (model in pic) on first story of townhouse. Works perfectly then after about 15 minutes the power button flashes twice followed by the plasma button and it stops working. Photos attached. Access via the backyard patio. Price negotiable. Have a special needs son so we need the aircon fixed for overnight. Thanks!
