Find an experienced handyman in South Perth

The attachment in the corner that rolls up the blind fell off. It happened once in the past & I managed to put it back. This time- I cannot put it back & I dont see any missing bit.

As per the images images- the roller in the corner has come out so I am unable to pull the blind up. This happened once before & I managed to put it back. I cant this time around.

I’m looking to build fireplace wall about 2,500x3.700x400 deep. As a separate job I will need it to be covered by stone cladding.

Need all skirting boards painted white as at the moment they are black, need a flywire door sourced and put on the back door and need the small black kitchen splashback replaced with white subway tiles or similar.

We need someone to fix the wall above the skirting board (grind back and patch), then paint the wall & skirting. There were tiles on the wall previously. The wall is 2.4m long & then the small section is 100mm.

We would like to remove the entire fireplace structure including the surrounding stone, patching of the ceiling and fixing the tin roof. We are hoping that the floorboards run underneath this structure.

Front wooden door has a piece underneath which has come loose. This needs to be replaced or glued back on. There is also another piece which has been previously repaired and replaced on the bottom of the front of the door. We would like this to be varnished or coated to match the rest of the door.

1) Assemble a bed head - very minor 2) Hang two picture rails (100 cm long each) 3) Lower a mirror by ~30 cm. Mirror is about 100 cm wide by 60 cm high Timing is dependent on delivery of the bedhead. It's scheduled for Tuesday (11th) morning so installation on Tuesday afternoon would be good. But have flexibility.
