Sliding door has fallen off the rail and one of the door hanging is broken. This is an old house. Needs to replace the track and the hook.

Sun damaged timber door needs some love. The door was really heavy and the top screw has come off and needs some adjustment as well. Door requires also: Sand it down starting with course sand paper and getting finer up to 220 grit (finer if you plan for a glossy finish). Remove all of the dust and apply a new stain and exterior polyurethane clear coat in satin or semi-gloss.
