Secure two loose door handles

Install 6 solid core internal doors to timber frames and install door hardware. Install 1 solid core external door to timber frame and install door hardware. Door frames need striking plates attached attached and three of the frames need door stops attached. All doors have three hinges provided for each door. Images show two of the seven door frames. Note three of the door frames are from an older house, the other four are brand new timber frames.

I can't remove the existing lock/door handle. The thread of one of the screws is damaged. Can't get a grip of it and I don't have the tools to do so.

Replace two cracked tiles at front door to garage. Patch existing light grey grout around tiles. Tiles need to be cut to fit around door frame. Tile size is 445*445mm. I can source the replacement tiles.

I need brackets put up for bikes and dryer, pictures (about 8) and clock put up, shelves attached to wall (have screws) x 2 and clock and doorbell put in. I already have brackets for the bikes and dryer and the doorbell just needs to be drilled in as it is wireless.
