Scope of Work (See photos): Cabinet Hinge – Screws Missing/Loose (Kitchen/Laundry Cabinet) Fix or replace screws on a cabinet concealed hinge. Tighten or replace as required so the door sits and closes properly. Cabinet Hinges – Replace x4 (Bathroom Cabinet) Replace 4 x damaged/broken concealed (euro-style) cabinet hinges on a bathroom cabinet. Hinges are visibly broken/corroded and need full replacement (all 4 as photo only has 3 but there are 4 in total). Door Latch – Passage Latch Not Engaging (Interior Door) The passage latch bolt is not retracting/engaging into the strike plate, causing the door not to close properly. Repair or replace the passage latch set as needed. Toilet Door Knob – Replace with Privacy Lock Knob The toilet/bathroom door currently has a plain passage knob with no lock. Replace with a privacy lock knob set (interior thumb-turn, no key required) so occupants can lock the door from inside. Materials: Tradie to supply all materials and discuss cost with me before purchasing. Please keep selections simple and budget-friendly. Receipts required for reimbursement. Material cost will be paid in addition to Labour in Quote or you can provide offer including material if you can.
