I have three internal doors that won't close since I had my floor re stumped. Im after someone to plane/repair them for me.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

Bit of an unusual one - Will require someone with quite good knowledge of door hardware. I have some fixings for some larger double door handles that I need modified to a back to back mechanism and installed. Would involve cutting off part of the fixings and modifying the remainder to suit. Will also need a lock mechanism installed on one side of one of the doors to allow them to lock together. - Handles need to be neat and aesthetic to look at but able to be taken off if required in future. - Doors have leadlight glass panels so need to be worked on with some care to avoid impacting them (though the handles will be going into the wooden side frame not the glass so no direct glass experience required, thankfully).

The sliding door gets stuck at times and it can not move. The roller is chipped and it needs to be replaced. Please email your quote thank you

3 new internal door handles (including striker plate) installed

Remove temporary wall/board and reinstall the original 3 doors in the building. Check that all three doors are correctly aligned, hinges working properly and locks functioning. Adjust frames if required so doors open and close smoothly. Identify the additional door openings that are no longer required and block them up. This will involve framing the opening, installing board/plaster, and finishing the surface so it is flush with the surrounding wall. Ensure the blocked-up areas are structurally secure and sealed properly. Clean up the work area and remove all debris once the job is completed.

Closed door respray of a 2004 Toyota Prado. Metallic Gold currently but would consider colour change if not any more expensive. Clear coat has faded and down to metal in places. Couple of dents and dings in the body work that may need repair.
