Water damage coming from drain pipe I presume, it was fixed once under insurance from storms. It was never fixed as the rain has damaged it again. Need the leak located and walls fixed and repainted.

I have a new front door to install. This is a 1200mm door also have all the hardware to suit. Skirting needs to be removed, door frame resecured to double brick. Install new door, install handles and deadlock and install new skirting and paint. I would like someone with experience who has done this before. As none of the parts are cheap.
