I have a plain flush white internal door (already hung) that I’d like to look like another door in the same home — see photos. The existing door has evenly spaced horizontal grooves across the face plus a vertical centre line, and I want the plain one machined to match. What I need: • Route straight, evenly spaced horizontal grooves into the door face to match the existing door’s spacing, width and depth (I’ll have the original door on site to copy from) • Add the matching vertical centre line • Fill/sand any rough edges and repaint the door white for a clean, consistent finish • Door can be taken off the hinges if that’s easier

Need 2 internal doors hung. Hinges and door handles cut out and fitted. Will supply doors, hinges and handles. Established house, not new build

Install a sliding barn door and unsure if a bulkhead to attach to is required. Can source barn door and sliding kit myself or include in quote for those that can provide. The red square is the bulkhead, looking for advice on whether the rail needs to be secured against something as the gap is open to ceiling. Wall that the door will slide towards is 92cm wide Gap for door is 90cm Height from floor skirting to ceiling is 225cm.

The windows are leaking when it rains heavily, need someone to diagnose and fix the leak. We are very reasonable and will pay accordingly to what is the actual fix for the windows. I understand its difficult to get an accurate quote right now and find myself hard to come up with an actual budget. Just need someone experienced to come and have a look and we can take it from there
