DOOR 1 Rear door from kitchen to patio. The locksmith (replaced lock and) reported the door is jamming and that it requires a carpenter to shave the edge of the door so it can close smoothly. DOOR 2 Internal door. See photos. Two (or more) screws have broken off in the hinge place at the bottom of the door, meaning it twists and moves. The bottom part of the screws are still in the floor. This needs the broken parts of the screws removing (or pushed through) and suitable replacement screws fitting. May require other adjustments to ensure it mounts to the floor firmly. Task for next week Mon-Fri, time to be discussed.
