The work includes: • Remove and replace approximately 30m² of existing plasterboard ceiling • Patch and close approximately 18 round A/C vent holes • Repair and make good around 2 window frames • Close off an existing doorway and make it into a complete wall, including framing and plasterboard on both sides • Flush, patch and sand all new and repaired areas to a smooth finish, ready for painting Please provide a quote including labour, materials and removal/disposal of the old plasterboard and waste.
