I need a new door installed for a room. This room had no door previously and was just an opening. There’s a temporary door currently installed as you can see in the images. Some of the opening is brick while other sections are timber. Opening is probably bigger than a standard door sizing. This would need for the old frame to be removed for a new timber door.

Replacement of shower screens to work with existing shape of showers! Would like doors added to replace curtain rails. 2 x showers, ensuite and main bathroom. We can remove existing screens and rails, just need new ones supplied and installed, and old screens disposed of.

Replace the current sink of kitchen with a new one. The current sink depth is bit low. Dimensions of sink outer edge : 1230mm length Width: 470mm Benchtop counter cavity dimensions: 1210x450mm

Install timber frame on the brick structure, then install a bifold door. The job including installing door frames, bifold door, bifold track and architraves around door frames. Perhaps I will have more work for you later on.

Fix Vertical Blinds – One Bedroom Window I have vertical blinds already installed on one bedroom window, but they are not sitting properly. I need someone to adjust and fix them so they hang and operate correctly.

We had a storm a few months ago and a tile came down and poked through the ceiling..we have done a rough patch job. Will need this fixed. Even if it means putting a smoke alarm detector in its place :) Damage is about 15 to 20cm.

I have the fan and security light. the previous security light no longer works but the wiring is fine. the fan is a 90 cm retractable but has a wall controller. the fan will replace the light in the bedroom.

Roof is currently experiencing water ingress during windy rain due to deteriorated gable ends and barge boards. This task is to complete a professional inspection and provide a quote which will ensure the scope prevents any future leaks in the roof. What I had as previous scope details for reference only if helpful: - Close in two gable ends (east and west) using weather-proof cladding. - Install new flashing at the gable-to-tile junctions, installed under lifted tiles with correct lap (no surface-mounting). - Seal all new cladding joints, edges, fixings and penetrations with exterior-grade polyurethane. - Paint the gable face/barge/fascia after the work – plain white colour. - Re-seal and paint barge boards/fascias. - Chimney: clean and reseal flashing/penetrations, including lifting tiles to inspect the under-tile soakers/back-tray; quote separately if re-flash is required. - Install 2 whirly-birds on the tiled roof to provide ventilation, including proper flashing and seal around base. Property is rented so I'll help to coordinate with property manager for access (internal & roof). Conditions I'll need please: - You have your own public liability insurance. - I need a tax invoice on completion. - Work must cause no damage to existing roof tiles. - Before and after photos required please.
