Replace a fly screen on a door

I need a professional to install one new standard internal bedroom door at my home in Bentley.

I need someone to fix my leaking tap. The water runs through the top whenever its turned on. And drill some holes on the wall to install some cameras and hose reel. I'll be installing them. Just need help with the drilling. I am quite tight with the schedule so I really do need someone to do the task on Friday itself between 11am-2pm please. No rescheduling. Thank you :)

I need someone to repair a damaged section under my roof eaves (soffit area). A panel has come loose and fallen off, leaving the timber and roofing exposed, as shown in the photos. Job details: • Reattach or replace the broken soffit panel • Check for any structural issues around the exposed section • Make sure the area is sealed and finished properly

1) Fly screens are torn at the back main door badly and needs a replacement. I will buy and provide the aluminium fly screen that I like. 2) replacement of manual door latch broken at the shed 3) screw loose in one big window which caused insects to come in. Need to tighten the screw. It is 7 feet high and I can't reach to it. 4) one screw loose at the one cupboard needs to tighten 5) one kitchen wooden window cannot push up and stuck and needs fixing it.

The base section of clothesline at ground level has rusted through, causing the frame to fail and fall over. See attached photos. Need to replace the posts.
