There are ceilings and walls near the ceiling in five areas of the house (kitchen, bedroom, lounge room, and ensuite) which have cracks and need to be repaired and repainted. A cornice section in the kitchen area likely needs to be replaced. These are likely the result of the general settling of the home and construction materials.

Replace 700mmx2000mm section of ceiling including cornice as per photo to match existing. Paint once complete. We will supply paint all other materials by yourself. I’m putting in a range hood so if you could cut a hole for this that would be great to.
