Scope of Work: Painting Services 1. Scope • Inclusions: Complete interior painting (walls, ceilings, trims, internal doors) and the exterior face of all window assemblies, entry doors, and outer frames. • Exclusions: External wall surfaces (brick, render, cladding), gutters, eaves, fascia, and roof structures. 2. Area Breakdown • Interior Ceilings: Flat/matte finish across all rooms and hallways. • Interior Walls: Low-sheen washable acrylic on all plasterboard walls, including robe interiors. • Interior Trims & Doors: Semi-gloss/satin finish on skirting boards, architraves, sills, door frames, and both sides of internal doors. • Exterior Windows & Doors: Exterior-grade enamel on outer window frames, sashes, sills, entry doors, and jambs (glass excluded). 3. Preparation, Repairs & Application • Protection & Hardware: Cover floors, glass, and fixtures. Remove and reinstall door hardware. • Repairs & Caulking: Patch, fill, and flush-sand all plaster cracks and holes. Apply flexible acrylic caulk to all trim-to-wall and frame gaps. • Exterior Prep: Scrape flaking paint, sand smooth, and prime bare timber or repaired areas. • Painting: Apply a minimum of two (2) full, opaque coats of premium paint over all prepared surfaces to a uniform finish. 4. Handover • Clean up all tape, drop sheets, and overspray. • Label remaining touch-up paint and leave securely sealed on site. I require my 3 x 2 house to be painted (just walls, door frames, skirting and doors)

Fill hole in brick, plaster and paint to match existing wall. Paint is provided. Must clean up after.

Have a 2 x 2m board I need sanded (gap filer from joining MDF) and then painted. Approx 2-3 hrs work for someone that has done it before. Paint and rollers supplied.

Seven (7) small holes to be patched, sanded and re-painted. Six (6) of these holes have been poorly repatched so needs re-doing. Tasker will need to provide all materials and have evidence of insurances. Job is on second storey, with carpeted floors so care needs to be taken when working and Tasker must clean area as best as possible.
