1. My limestone pavement next to the gas waterheater was "cut out" for the plumber to have access to the leaking water pipe buried underground. This created a rectangular opening (16.5 cm x 29 cm) that needs to be either filled back or covered with an openable slab of similar colour to match the pavement. 2. The access panel near the waterheater was broken at the base. To repair or replace with the same colour panel (47cm x 55 cm).

We are looking at getting a full backyard renovation done. We have had some concept drawings done but now to get plans drawn up (suitable to get council approval as well as to get builders/carpenters to quote on). Looking for a draft person who can do this for us. I have included some of the digital drawings we have got done so you can get an idea of what we had in mind. I’ve also included a photo of our back garden as it is at the moment ( the last photo). The existing pergola is to be removed be and replaced with the much larger pergola as shown in the drawings. The existing baby gate at my home has been badly installed such that the hinges have come off the walls and does not go back in as the hole was not drilled deep enough and the holes are wide that it slips off easily and not staying in place. This has to be fixed such that you will need a good enough drill to drill past cement, concrete and bricks and have screws and fastener such that the hinges stay in place. The cement and paint has chipped off and will need to be repaved. If work is not fixed properly, payment will not be made, hence only a professional should attempt to contact me.

Ideally this Friday 23 May. Budget is flexible. Hang two mirrors on walls. One of them is very large (floor to ceiling) and needs to be very secure as we have an active toddler. Assemble and attach two bike racks to the wall.

Some horizontal springs (4) have come loose on one side of sofa. Only one yr old. Need someone who can fix please!
