I am looking for 1-2 people with experience installing retractable shade awnings. I had a shade awning that was removed during a renovation and I now need it reinstalled. It is very heavy and will require someone with experience to re-install properly. I have included a photo of the awning which will need to be carried from the front of the house to the back (where it is being installed). The original brackets can also be used (see photograph). I have also included a photo (grabbed from a website) of a retractable awning to show what it needs to look like once completed. The property address is in Claremont. Thank you for your quotations.

I have 2 aluminium slat awnings I need installed in my courtyard. Height of installation is about 2.5m. you will need a ladder, electric drill and tape measure, as each awning has 3 brackets that need to be installed at specific distances. I have the screws and plugs to insert into the wall, but don't have the drill attachment. Photo of screw, brackets and awnings attached. I started the first but don't have the tools to finish the job.

Cable that drives retractable awning has snapped. I would also like it serviced.

Two awnings on side of house, need to be removed from external wall so windows can be painted above. The awnings will need to be reinstalled a few days later at a time that suits you. Owner of the house is nervous about wall being damaged so the removal and reinstallation needs to be smooth.

Remove two awnings. Owner is nervous about wall, the removal must be careful and slow to ensure you don’t create any damage

I think it is an Issey roller blind for the balcony. The key for the manual roller arm has rusted and broken. I have someone who has promised to come tomorrow and fix the blind. If that happens I'll cancel the task request. thanks everyone for your interest

The awning’s motor appears to be functioning correctly. However there is something faulty with the sensor(s) as the awning will retract randomly when in the open position. I’ve replaced the batteries for the somfy wind sensor, however this didn’t fix the problem. The same sensor appears to have some internal corrosion of circuitry which could be causing the issue. We need someone experienced to check the whole system and provide a fix
