I need 2 people with ladders to help lift a foldable awning (bar) onto wall brackets while I screw on the holding bracket. Total awning bar weighs about 70 kg. Prefer someone who already is a team of 2 to keep this simple. If you have 2 ladders every better, I have one old one. We’re lifting in about 2.5m from ground. Likely just 20-30 minutes. Literally lift, I screw on the 2 fastening clips. There are 2 awnings total.

We are in a ground floor unit in a block of units at The Village in Park Ave, Burleigh Heads. There is a Folding Arm Awning on the porch of the unit and it works with the electric remote, it extends and retracts ok, but one of the folding arms has a broken chain link which needs replacing, so that the blind can extend and return squarely and doesn't ripple the folded canvas. Can you help me or recommend someone who can fix it pls ?
