I’m looking for a reliable tradesman or handyman to install a garage attic ladder and some basic flooring in the loft above our garage for a 2.5m x 2.5m area. The installation would require a new opening to the roof space from the garage and the removal of the existing man hole, so plastering skills are required. If you don’t have both skills I’m happy for you to make an offer for either the ladder installation + flooring or the plastering job.
